These terms and conditions govern the JetPages World Cup 2026 Prediction Game (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before entering.
1. Promoter
The Competition is promoted by Jetpages Ltd ("JetPages", "we", "us"), operator of JetPages.com. Contact: info@jetpages.com.
2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to:
- individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry;
- residents of the United Kingdom;
- holders of a registered, email-verified JetPages account.
JetPages reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. To enter, visit worldcup2026.php, log in to your JetPages account, and submit your three predictions:
- the team you predict will win the 2026 FIFA World Cup;
- the best-performing African or Caribbean team in the tournament;
- the top-scoring African or Caribbean player in the tournament.
One entry per person and per email address. Entries submitted by third parties, automated means, scripts, or bots will be disqualified. Multiple accounts created to gain additional entries will result in disqualification.
4. Competition Period
The Competition opens on the date the entry form is first made available and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 7 June 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be accepted. You may amend your predictions any number of times before the Closing Date; only the most recently saved set of predictions will be considered.
5. Prizes
Cash prizes of between £25 and £100 will be awarded to selected winners based on the accuracy of their predictions. The number of prizes and exact amounts are at JetPages’ sole discretion, based on the quality of entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered except at JetPages’ discretion.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected after the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final. Predictions will be assessed against the actual tournament outcomes for all three categories. Where multiple entrants achieve the same level of accuracy, the earliest entry date will be taken into consideration when selecting the winner(s). JetPages’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email to the address registered on their JetPages account within 28 days of the tournament Final. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, JetPages reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Prize payments will be made via bank transfer or another method agreed with the winner.
8. Data Protection
Entry data (predictions, email address, and IP address at time of submission) is collected solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and awarding prizes. This data is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entry data will be deleted upon an account deletion request. Where required, winner names may be published or shared with relevant authorities for prize-fulfilment or compliance purposes.
9. Referrals
Entrants may share a personal referral link to invite others to participate. Referral activity (clicks and sign-ups attributable to your link) is tracked and recorded but does not confer additional entries or alter the scoring of predictions.
10. General
- JetPages is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues beyond its control.
- JetPages reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Competition at any time if circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
- These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by FIFA, any national football association, or any broadcaster.
